Our Quality & Inspection Department utilizes leading edge equipment and software to ensure that the product you order will be within the tolerances that you require and will function and perform the way you intend it too. 

Our coordinate measuring machine and other inspection equipment is housed in a climate controlled environment and is calibrated annually to ensure precise and repeatable measurements.

At Peak, we inspect and certify all of our gages and fixtures and supply our customer with a detailed and comprehensive certification report of all critical features.

We also provide services for part layout inspection and 3rd party inspection of existing gages, fixtures and tools, as well as gage R&R studies.
